Cancellation Refund Policy

5PaisaP2P strongly recommends that all their Lenders and Borrowers thoroughly read, understand and familiarize themselves with our cancellation & refund policy prior to using any services of 5PaisaP2P.

In the event of cancellation of any of the availed services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, every client is required to notify the same in writing to feedback@5paisaloans.com. Cancellation request should be placed within 24 hours of the execution of the agreement.

No overseas payment can be made through wire transfer or any other means to our bank account.

Applicable Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of the request, and cancellation charges would be as per the charges provided under the Terms and Conditions. 5PaisaP2P reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any instruction or registering on our portal as a lender or a borrower. The loan processing may get rejected at any stage due to lack of information or verifiable information.

Further, any refunds, if applicable within the purview of our refund policy, will be processed over a period of 2-4 weeks subject to the internal clearances and banking procedures. The refund policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of 5PaisaP2P. The changes will apply after due legal diligence. Suitable announcements will be made on the website and every lender / borrower is assumed to have updated himself by going through the website periodically. If lenders or borrowers do not wish to accept the revised policy, lenders or borrowers should not continue to use the services and inform us about the same on feedback@5paisaloans.com. If lenders or borrowers continue to use the services after the date on which the change comes into effect, use of such services shall be assumed as your agreement to be bound by the new refund policy.
